| newbie | New owner from Vancouver BC Hello BimmerClassics members, I'm a new owner of a 1991 318is recently bought off another BMW local enthusiast. After a few days of ownership I'm quite fascinated by its build quality. Besides some of the common electrical issues such as dash lights and whatnot, the car drives and feels very solid. Most of all, a lotta of the interior features are really well thought out imo! Sorry for my lack of composure, my first car is a barebone Miata and this is my first european car. haha.. so I'm kinna stoked still. There will be quite a bit of learning for me to do and I hope I won't piss off any of you while doing so. ha! In hindsight, I gotta say I'm truly pleased with the new purchase and am excited to fix up all the small bugs and keep it a nice and reliable DD!  Will post pics of the 318 when I get some photos taken.. but here's my '97 miata which is hibernating at the moment.  Look forward meeting the community, cheers!  Ken |
