Miata owner, possible future E30 owner...

Hi All,

I'm a Miata driver (1990), but I am thinking there will be an '89-'91 E30 in my near-to-mid future (ideally a 325i or 325is). I notice it's a fairly Vancouver-local forum, which is great as it's easier to get specifics on good mechanics, and the inside scoop on local deals!

Looking forward to learning the common niggles and tendencies of these cars before I purchase.

Anyways, if anybody comes across some good deals, a heads-up is much appreciated!

Cheers,
-nick.

As far as buyer guides go, this has to be the most complete I have seen for the E 30. It out lines every possible problem and older E 30 will have, and even ranks the problems from Serious, A concern, or minor problem.

Check it out here !

That is awesome, thanks. I've already read a few that were linked at Bimmerforums, this is a great at-a-glance checklist.
