Want To Buy: Garage/Parking space. - Free cat!

Hi All,

We've found an apartment in Van, which is good. But there is no parking with it, which is bad. I have two E30's the "race car/track beater" and the ix (family car). My plan was to use the race car as a daily in the summer and store it/work on it in the off season, then store (work on) the ix during the summer.

I have very little extra cash (student at UBC with two kids) but lots of tools (Bav auto brake bleeder, and a few other BMW specific ones - no wheel bearing puller...yet)

My apartment is 12th and Hemlock and I'd like something close to there but would be willing to drive a little for less money/rent.

I'd like it to be relatively secure as I'd like to keep my tools there. I have about 1 IKEA style wood shelf full of tools, fluids, parts, balms, salves, snake oil, etc.

I'd really like to share the spot with another weekend wrench with an E30 if at all possible.

Oh, I also have a cat (the animal not heavy equipment) that I need to find a home for, she's about 4 yrs old, healthy, great with kids (she lets my 5 yr old carry her around the house) affectionate and talkative. She also loves to eat small creatures (great for the country). We are looking for a good home for her as we couldn't find any apartments that allowed pets.
