| Member  | 1987 325is My 87 325is is forsale 312000k. leather heated seats, ski passthrough. 5 speed. c/w stock basketweaves and 17" bbs rk replicas has some minor rust on both rear quarters around wheel archs has been repainted in 2004 honda civic sir red, close to zinno but a little lighter. needs fog light lenses. selling to pay for my Porsche 911 project. 1900.00 obo. | Member | Thanks for the great replys, I love the car but the small rust spots really bug me and it does have 325000k. on the clock. The car is very clean throughout, and it has new exhaust(2 1/2 inch from the manifolds back to a resonator and on to a magnaflow stainless muffler with dual outlets. also new cap and rotor, plugs and timing belt/ waterpump. have new half-shafts not yet installed and rear subframe bushings. for some reason the blower motor does not always work have not yet figured out why and have gone through all the normal reasons, also the passenger window stopped working last summer. but other them that its been a great car, i have had it since 2001 and the repaint was due to chemical damage from a bmw dealership in 2003 they seemed to of sprayed something on the paint that @#$%@ed it all up. long story short ICBC repainted it and the dealer paid my deductable. Thanks again for the comments. |

| Member | No accidents, but the reason for the rust on the right hand rear quarter is due to a small " scrape" on fwd. and aft edge of fender flare that was repaired around about 1990 or so. and the rust on the left hand side was due to repair of a thumbtack sized rust hole that was not prepped well before painting. I bought the car from a guy that lived in Walnut Grove in 2001. Some more pics. |
