Cup washers for rear shock mounts.

Last year when I replaced my rear shock mounts with urethane ones from bav auto I misplaced one of the upper cup washers and used flat ones instead. I've found the right ones but not sure how they go on. Do they go on cup up or down, and above or below the smaller washer?

I looked at a pair of OEM rear shock mounts and it looks like the upper washer would be cup down and the lower washer would be cup up. Does this sound right to anyone?
