E36 17in wheels on E34, help needed

Hi guys, it's been a long time since a last posted something here and the first thing after long time is a question(shame on me).
Here is the Q:
I recently bough an E34 (more on that when car gets finished and pictured) and I have the possiblity of changing stock 15in alloys over 17in alloys made by Borbet for E36. They are 17X8 all round with ET35, do they fit to my e34 or I need to run spacers cause of big ET?

Thanks in advance and cheers from BUZZ FUZZ!!!

You would need spacers. There was a set of 17 x 8.5 Borbet Type A's for an E34 on craigslist in Vancouver not too long ago. They were a decent price too.

I get these 17s absolutely cheap, just by swapping them with my stock 15s. And I would probably need one pair of tyres . . .
Do you know the ET on stock 15in rims so I can calculate spacers width? Do I need same spacers at the front and at the back(do I need them at the back at all)?

Yeah, I forgot to mention that. hehe!
I get wheels for nothing and my friend can make me spacers for cola or a beer! :-)
Btw, do I need rings for those E36 alloys? (lot of questions from me, sorry!)

I noticed the location after I posted. Stock 15s are ET20. You'll need spacers front and back.

@Weeman83: Car's not done yet, but it will be really strange combination (full M kit, E36 alloys and not standard engine ). But as soon as it gets done I will post many pics!

To sum things up, I need spacers that are about 15mm wide (both on front and rear).
Please correct me if I'm wrong!
Thanks!
