Mr. Red's pictures | If you could have any BMW... which one would you choose and why! don't forget to include pictars! Although I would be tempted to choose an M1 for shear rarity, I am all about e36s at this time and would probably pick the e36 m3 LTW eurospec. Rare, fast, sexy, what else do you need! and it doesn't even come with a radio ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

nuts4bmw's pictures | I'd go for the Z8 for sure. Very limited production numbers. Hints of yesteryear in its design with all the modern conveniences of today. Last edited by Blackice; 01-15-2009 at 11:23 PM.. |

M635's pictures | Tough choice! But I would have to go with the E24 M6. Just because it's the better of the best! haha ![]() ![]() But if I had a billion dollars, I'd be rolling in a '07 Brabus Mercedes SL65 V12 Bi-tubo ![]() |

whataboykie's pictures | European E34 M5 Touring, no question. I almost bought this car here in Jan 2005, it's a 93' model 3.8lt 6 spd'. The experts advise that only 891 were produced, all LHD (there's a few RHD conversions/built up models in UK).For me the finest car ever made is the E34, I love the M5 and would pick the touring because of its rarity. ![]() |

Blackice's pictures | Only one ! Only one ? I thought we had to have a minimum of 2 BMW's to be a part of the BMW clan.... Come on who doesn't have a 2nd or 3rd hanging out in there garage? Art, Greg, you know what I am talking about. So I guess the question is, if we were to hide a car in garage, what would we have? Tucked away, hiding, waiting, for that weekend, for me that one weekend a year, where the beast must eat! ![]() If I had a second car as a Daily Diver, I would love to pick up a classic like a 507. ![]() Or a 328 Mille Miglia. ![]() But from a practical point of view, cars like that would need too much love to be a part of my life. I do not have a garage for them to live in, and the expense of having a car like that for show, is just not for me, a car must be driven. If it was my wallet doing the buying, I think the E30 M3 would most likely be on my short list. The M3 is a great looking car, easy to work on, and a blast to drive. Besides, who wouldn’t love a M3? ![]() But if we are dreaming, one may as well dream big. So, I would have to go with the BMW M3 GTR. To have a car like this waiting for me in my garage, waiting for that 1 or 2 weekends a year where I could unleash the beast…. This car would be incredible! ![]() Last edited by Blackice; 01-19-2009 at 10:44 PM.. |

The Z8 would be the dream machine for sure for reasons I've already posted. As a second choice it would be a really tough choice between an E9 CSI or an E24 M6. The E9 csi has been my favorite coupe ever. It's lines today are still absolutely gorgeous. I could have one of those sitting in my living room and stare at it and never get tired of it. The E24 M6 ditto, but it doesn't quite have the nostalgia that the E9 has. Now, if money wasn't a problem, I would probably own the cars already mentioned, plus an M1, e34 M5, e30 M3, e28 M5 an e31 M8 an e34 B10Alpina and an e21 Alpina,. All of them in triple black finishes. | |
