Need a good place for diagnosis/repairs.

First of all, I'd like to say hello. I'm a first time poster here, but I've owned my e30 since the beginning of June. I got referred here by a poster on bimmerforums quite a while ago (sorry I forgot your name :S) and thought this would be a great place to ask this sort of question. Anyway, onto my problem!

My car seems to be leaking oil/coolant and some gas fumes. I really want to find out whats going on here, and deal with these problems asap. I have very limited mechanical knowledge/abilities/tools that won't easily facilitate the speedy repair of my baby.

So what I need is a good place to go for repairs. I live in Maple Ridge, but I could go to Coquitlam/mission or possibly a little farther if needed. I'm looking for a good place that is really knowledgeable on e30's that will have me back on the road asap without breaking my wallet.

I recommend Al at:
Classic Image Automotive and Tires
107 - 13302 76th Ave
Surrey, BC.
604-596-2783

It's a BMW-centric shop that is close to you...

Cool

Yup, Al at Classic gets my vote too, helpful, knowledgable, fair and there is ALWAYS interesting BMW's in his shop to chat about and look at.

Support your local independant, its the right thing to do.

Thanks for the plug, guys.

We do pride ourselves on good work, at a fair price, and a true passion for the cars themselves.

I'd be happy to have a look at your car for you, and sort out some of the leaks. Give me a call at the shop this week, and we can set something up if you want. (604)596-2783.

Al

Wow, thanks for the replies guys. Sounds like Al's is a great place to go. Unfortunately, my time is pretty limited right now, and finding someone to head out there with me so I can get a lift back is probably not possible right now, but I'm going to do my best. Is there anything a little closer to Maple Ridge? Preferably on this side of the river? Doesn't even need to be BMW specific necessarily, just somewhere that has probably seen a few e30s and knows what they're doing at a good price.
