Headers and exhaust installed!

Hey guys I finally got my Hartge headers and 2.5" single SS exhaust with Borla muffler installed! Here are some pics I will post more from under the car when I get them back from CTperformance. Hopefully I can get a small video up with the amazing sound this setup now makes (power is better as well).
Scott do not change the title of my thread thanks.

Sorry about the lame black over spray!^ More to come!

2 branches of 3 into a custom Y pipe that houses the O2 then a 2.5" highflow cat (to be removed after aircare) then 2.5" SS pipe into a Borla muffler and a polished 3" tip. I like Bronzite Links!! I will still try to get a video up ASAP.

Leave the cat in, it probably only sucks a couple horsepower and then you can save the environment too. =)

How much did that shop charge you, what did they do exactly?

Where did you notice the power change?

Looks really good Liam!

Well Eugene I owed my old boss some cash so that had an effect on the price but parts and labor (which I unfortunately had no time to help with) came to under a grand (you can PM me for the whole story). As for the power change it is hard to pin point. As you know the weather has been crap and I haven't had a really good chance to just tear through the gears but it revs a hell of a lot quicker and more freely than it did before. I would say that it makes more power at mid to high RPM with no evidence of torque loss.
Feel free to come and give it a rip whenever you have time! BTW I attempted to upload a video of the sound but I got a message telling me that a "Security token" was missing whatever the funk that is?

Wow, these look good.

Do you know if they had to remove the motor mounts and lift the engine? In terms of Clearence to fit these in?

Cheers

Really, mine went in easily without removing anything. My biggest pain was keeping the header wrap on while I was positioning them, and cutting out a small corner of the skidplate for the collectors.

My powerband is increased midrange and it just seems to rev easier on the top end and doesn't feel like the car is "wheezing" at that point, if that makes any sense. I also pulled 1" more vacuum at idle which confirmed the improved scavenging abilities of the headers.
