spent my sat playing car

spent my sat playing car

and it was fun... im not sure about the blue but i think its good with the two tone and flat black

you need to paint that BMW silver to make it really pop. Nice work!

How did you mask off the stripes and the BMW emblem or did you just sand the paint off afterwards? My baked-on-cosomoline coated valve cover screams "please paint me" every time I pop the hood.

I used your standard engine enamal paint... satin black and.... !!!! FORD BLUE!!!! painted the whole thing and then sanded off the tops with 80 grit then moved to 160 to give it a brushed look... the i cleared the blue part..... but let the satin black a duller color...

overall... REALLY REALLY EASY... you just need time

looks really good, i had my m20 intake mani and valve cover powder coated krinkle black, i'll be sanding down the stripes and emblem as soon as i can get some free time....
