motoyen's pictures | I've added a bunch of new articles tonight. E30 owners will be interested in these factory brochures. BMW 3-Series | 325i 325is 325iX | 316i 318i 320i 325i If you are looking or an E30, Bimmer magazine has an extensive buyers guide. Once you've bought your dream E30 check out BMWCar for tips on increasing performance without breaking the bank. The BMW CSL and the Ford RS fought epic battles on the racetrack back in the 70's. Classic & Sports Car magazine brought these two icons together to do battle once again. The guys at BMWCar have already made their decision and have declared the BMW CSL Batmobile the best ever BMW. Which is the best M car? This is a question that brings blood to boil and will rage on for decades. Is the E30 M3 the best M3 ever? Is the E28 M5 the best M5 ever? Or perhaps the ultra rare M1 is the best M car ever produced. So what do you think is the best BMW ever? |

| Senior Member | Soo you know those M1's were actually... pretty terrible to drive? There was some sort of screw up and BMW was forced to outsource major components (engine, susp etc) to inferior producers......then patch it all together. looks cool but..... I agree, the M6 is the best BMW ever. I have a 633 and looove it, the M6 is even worlds above that. |

A/C kinda works, seats are comfy, doors open and close properly, controls were mostly BMW parts bin(lots of E21), and they are quite reliable. The bodies were built in Italy, but the only other outsourced company was BMW Motorsport! The M88 under the deck is all BMW, as is the very race derived suspension, and the brakes. I've crawled all around the car, looked in every nook and cranny, and trust me, it's a BMW, and a very good one at that. Al | |
