I'm losing my rented parking stall at the end of next month and there are none for rent in my building. Anyone got any leads on where I can rent a stall?

What park of downtown?

I might have some leads in Coal Harbour, Westend, or Downtown core... anywhere from $50 - $200 per month.

Just about every rental apartment in the West End has rental parking they're usually 75-100 but not very safe. My car got keyed in one, and the top slashed twice plus my CD player, and roundels stolen. If I were you I wouldn't park my car in a lot that has mostly renters in it, there are too many unknowns in and out. My building doesn't allow nonresidents to park inside but it's VERY safe (lucky me). Have you tired putting up a notice in your building?

If you are interested in a lot on Bute&Georgia/Alberni, I can ask about it. I know someone renting the space currently who is moving.

I noticed a secure area under the Sylvia Hotel with some very nice high end cars parked in there. I don't know if they have space available and what the rent is but the owner of the Hotel seems to be a car enthusiast. I've seen him drive a Citroen DS 21. Might be worth investigating...

My fiance works around Canada Place, and she mentioned an underground Easy Park lot in the area with a secured, gated, section avail. as well as an attendant. I think it was 175.00 or 190.00 a month.
