Buying temporary insurance from ICBC?

Anyone know how long you can by temp insurance for? Can you buy it for 1 month?

I think 6 weeks is the max, but it would be much cheaper to do the 12 month payment and cancel or to buy a 3 month plan and cancel. Any Autoplan broker should be able to tell you.

Yeah, definately just get an autoplan 12 plan, and cancel when you are done... that way they just refund what you have not used, and you only pay monthly, so you are not plunking down a lot of cash at once.

From ICBC page, it seems to suggest 15 days.

Autoplan 12 etc requires more dependencies eg Car passing Aircare/ Inspection etc.

motoyen like others have said 3 months is the shortest that I have ever heard of I have a 12 month and pay every 3 months it's not to bad of a deal.
