| newbie | 850i deck & headlight control module I have imported an Nov 1991 850i from Japan that I'm very happy with. I'm looking for a Pioneer connection cassette deck that will have CD changer controls and a headlight control module. Any advice to this rookie would be appreciated! |

| Banned | Headlight control module alone, may not make the DRL's work. We had an E34 in the shop last summer, that was a Jap import. Plugged a Canadian spec headlight module in, and no DRL's. FIred up the ETM, opened up the module, and figured out which wires to jump, to make them come on. Al |

| Senior Member | Hello ggerath, You can try www.wuffer.net Looks to be someone who knows a bit about the J-spec 850s. I think he may sell replacement radios for the 850s as well. Post some pics if you get a chance. Last edited by rottenal; 01-03-2008 at 01:23 AM.. |

| Senior Member Supporting Member | Ah 850s...They remind me of a favorite quip a German friend imparted to me about the ladies "easy to look at, difficult to handle". They're styling is truly timeless, but they are the autoworld's equivalent of that high maintenance super model girl friend.
