Doug, the rear buckets were horrible black vinyl from the 80's! No matter anyway, I used a set of green leather cores that I had. The black ones are upstairs now.

Oh, just an FYI, but the colour of the tweed and new vinyl on the sides of the seats, is a FAR better colour match than the pictures show. Must be the flash of the camera that darkened everything up.

Just a couple new pics in this thread. With the new wheels on the 735 now, I thought I'd try the original 15" BBS on the 6er. I like it! Tires are 1 size too large, but they only have 3000km on them, so good enough for now.

Still need to install lights and grilles up front, but at least they all WORK now! I also installed an exhaust on it today, and bled the cooling system properly. Almost ready to come home.

Start saving your loot-cakes buddy... I should have the ACTs off in early January and a set of 205/55/16 AC Schnitzer Type 1 on. I think it's the 5-spoke motorsport look my Polaris paint job has been looking for. And the extra inch of rubber iis really going to help with the potholes I see forming right now. EEESsh.

WooHoo! Now I just have to worry about collector plate issues with the 17's on this car.

Speaking of ACS wheels, guess who's E34 I found in a parking lot today? I now have a license plate number, and I know where he works. Looks like I may get my money from this guy, afterall.

Great to hear Al! If he doesn't pay-up, I think the 7er would look even better with ACS wheels.

So, after 3ish years of ownership, I DROVE the 630 today! In fact, it's first drive was all the way across Surrey, from the shop in Newton, to my home in Guildford. It ran wellish, and drove OKish, but still needs a lot of bugs worked out. With no time to address them super soon, it's now safe, and dry in my underground parking garage! I'm very excited, such a milestone.

Ummmm, no. Maybe once I sort out all the little issues, and find the annoying driveline clunk it has right now. So, sometime this summer?
