I currently own a 1990 525i (auto) and I'm looking at a '91 535 (5 speed). Anyone here know if I would be able to swap my lowering spings & camber kit straight across to the 535?

You should be able to, they might have changed the front strut sizes ~91 but you would have to check RealOEM with the VIN #'s and compare the part numbers.
