| newbie | I got Mark D'sylva's Ultrachip installed in my M30(E34), but insurance was transferred to a different car, I haven't had a chance to test it out. So I have a few questions, just out of curiousity. What increase can I expect for HP/lb-ft.? What numbers would I get for acceleration to 60 in an auto w/ sport mode engaged? Is top end decreased/low end increased? Thanks! |

RadioRon's pictures | There is certainly a lack of accurate measurements of before and after performance for the Mark D chip in an E30. I've installed it for my M42 engine and while I notice the difference, it is small. Nonetheless the result is pleasing especially in street driving where the increased midrange torque helps noticeably. I too would like to see some measured data. |
