| newbie | E34 subframe mounts Hi everyone, Can anyone help with rear sub-frame mounts on me E34. I need to replace them. Can I do this myself or can anyone recommend a shop on the island that can do this for me? Thanks, Mike |

Thanks, I tried that site and a few others. The only info I could find was a "how to" using the special BMW tool. I was hoping to find someone who might know how to do this repair with-out the special tool or what shop/s will do the repair. Thanks again, Mike | |

Weeman83's pictures | Major undetaking without a special puller. Chances are, it'll be seized onto the car after so many miles of usage and corrosion. Unless you are absolutely confident, it is not worth the risk of having your car in your garage, subframe half removed half still stuck on the car because you ran into trouble - it can't even get onto a flatbed to get to a mechanic for help. |
