| Oil Pressure MY e46 occasionally lights the 'oil caution' light momentarily. Next time I stop the engine I check the oil level and it indicates full, so it must be a pressure concern since the light serves a dual function, thus my question. I'd like to install a manual gage to check the oil pressure. I removed the oil pressure sender and it appears OK and the sender has a straight [not tapered ] thread. w/gasket I was going to install a 'tee' for a manual gage but I can't find a 'tee' with metric thread. Does anyone know of a source for such, or am I into the machine shop. Regards, Bob  |
