I'm looking for a euro spec e36 m3 sedan with lowest mileage possible. Any tips on where to go online ? i'm in Kuwait and want to purchase as soon as possible

You probably will have a hard time finding one here in Canada. Try Japan or Europe.
In Europe the German site wwww.mobile.de is a good source.
