Input on M20B25 Rebuild

Im going to rebuild my engine for the first time
The engine will not have any modification done with it, im happy the way it is. i.e. no turbo, no injector upgrade, etc

Any parts i should upgrade ? (rocker arm ?) if so what should i use?
Any parts i should not upgrade ?
Any specific advice for me ?

Thank you, appreciate on your input.

the whole engine? bottom end and top? if just the top end, rockerarms don't need replacement unless they're broken, get the cylinder head gasket kit, comes with all the valve guides, stems, etc. Take it to a head shop and have them plane it and install new valves items, if bottom end then you'll want new piston rings, and have your cylinders honed,
