Hi Darren

Chris and Rudy down at CG installed a new one in my car last year and it is working fine. Just went through Aircare last week and no probs. It is an inexpensive aftermarket unit, and I'm not sure what brand but it is a free-flow type (which I think means it is small and simple but not a long-lifetime unit) and honestly I don't expect it to last nearly as long as the original, but so far so good. It might be a Magnaflow. You could call CG and ask what they can do for you. If I recall correctly (which is unlikely), the part cost less than three hundred.
