Blackice's pictures | I think what he meant to say, is that the sedan seats do not fold forward, so if you put the coupe seats in a sedan they will fold forward giving you more room to cram sh*t in the back seat. I put the coupe seats in my sedan. see my thread http://www.bimmerclassics.net/forum/...ead.php?t=4640 The back seats are different. The corners of the sedan back seat are round, in the coupe they are square. I believe they still fit, but the square corner reduces the room when getting in the back seat. |

Weeman83's pictures | You know what, I misread this whole thing. I thought this was about the BACK seats folding forward, which of course we all know is not the case with either the coupe or the sedan lol. Yes, I've had 2 door front seats in my 4door before. The fold is not terribly useful either, because the front doors are shorter on the sedan than the coupe. If you want to cram stuff into the back seat, you are still better off using the back doors. |
