| Senior Member | Muffler for M42 Hey ya'll. So my muffler is beginning to rust, and currently has a small hole in it. I figure it'll sound nice and dirty for the winter, so come spring, I'll be in the market for a new muffler, the cat back still looks to be in good shape. Anyone have any ideas of some decent ones out there that sound just nice (not too loud, but gives a bit of a throaty sound). I heard good news of the Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler? If anyone has some soundclips or videos of what they're running that would be great! -J Last edited by VitaminJ; 10-17-2008 at 01:14 PM.. |

kowalski's pictures | i'm currently using a dynomax turbo muffler, a little noisier then i wanted but its not raspy after it warms up. I'd like to get a remus or a supersprint at a later date though. |

| Senior Member | a short search would have turned up this little thread... http://www.bimmerclassics.net/forum/...ead.php?t=4735 Looks like a pretty solid setup. But the youtube clips are at the bottom of the first post.
