my e30 325is photoshoot

I haven't posted pics of my ride here in a long time so thought I would put some up from yesterday. Anyone that can spot where these were taken gets bonus points. I really need to wax my car, haven't done it in over a year, but here it is nonetheless. I would love some tips for how to get some better shots, as this is my first digicam. anyways here they are. My car is totally 100% stock, has been since I got it 3.5 years ago from the original owner.

I love stock, unmolested, straight bodied cars. Nice ride, looks real clean in those pics.

I was 11 in 1987, and my dad took me with him to have his car serviced(Volvo 740 turbo). The dealership also sold BMW's at the time, and they had a then brand new, just introduced, 325is in the showroom. It was Zinno over black. I fell in love with that car, thought it looked fantastic. Still think it looks fantastic now. Nice car.

He's got the later body style though, which is a direct fit for plastics. The euros might even be a challenge on his, given the late model front valance and lower rear arches.

nice work! it said that you're technically not allowed there but I thought what the heck, the worst that could happen is that they would tell me to leave...and thanks for the comments everyone, I appreciate it.

I know where that is... too bad it's winter the weather is depressing, nice pics

You should drive closer to the water next time, you can drive right into some of the loading areas at the docks.. on a nice summer night you can get some good Industrial shots..

In pic 2, take follow the gravel behind the train
If you get back on the road drive closer to the water make a left drive really really slow cause it's gravel and keep going and you'll see what I mean
It's a good spot, also check out as far as you can drive down Pemberton there's a really really nice sport down by the docks
check it, have fun

LOL I have seen many smoke filled cars at that spot before! Be alert after dark however, that place can attract some real shifty people. One day we should all hit up the pemberton station, if we plan it right I can probably use the parking lot from my old body shop for a mini show and shine?
